"People in Palmyra walk their dogs everyday and if they can’t they have dog walkers. People are kind, considerate to their dogs and to anyone one they pass on the sidewalk. It’s an old town but a beautiful and clean place to live. Come visit us and you will be happy you did. We are proud of our people, our friends and our visitors. "
