    "Lived here for 2 years in an apartment. It has homeless in the area but they’re not threatening. Parks & sidewalks in the neighborhoods around, people walk dogs & pick up their poops. Don’t leave your doors unlocked- lots of car theft that way. Otherwise not too much crime. Bike trail close by, gathering place down the path. Good living."

    "Nice area of town. If you live in an apartment with street parking you may be limited if there is a big event in Riverside Parks or the Gathering Place. Convenient to most anywhere in Tulsa. "

    "This is the most desired neighborhood in in uptown Tulsa. Everything is accessible by bike, public transportation, or within walking distance. The crime rate is 0-3%, the neighborhood is mature and rarely has re-sale turn over because of the location. "
