    "Dog owners would love the sidewalks, swan lake park and tons of other dog owners. They would also like all of the shade trees, the doggy bags and trash cans around to park for dropping those bags off. This neighborhood also has pet friendly restaurants and a bit further, there are beer tap rooms that are pet friendly. "
