    "I love Grandview because it is very close to downtown and Short North, but has more greenery which is perfect for walking my dog. It is beautiful for runs, walks, and exploring. Grandview Ave is super cute and has great shops and restaurants! "

    "the area has a lot of charm and there's a lot if people who take pride in home ownership but there are a few rentals that are completely over priced! Some rental companies take advantage just because of the area and charge absorbent amount for a rental that's not worth 1/3 of the asking price."
