    "I love my townhome and it is out of town. Quiet and peaceful most of the time. There are sidewalks and green areas close by. "

    "I lived in Durham most of my life and left due to marriage. I was gone for almost 20 yrs. I have returned for over 2 yrs and just love the area, the convenience of many places to go. The convenience of being closer to the beach and the mountains. Great places to shop, eat, plays, outside entertainment. I like North Carolina!"

    "Gorgeous to get here, all pastures and forests and country lanes. Huge nature preserves all around, great safe streets and sidewalks for kids to play, and also excellent public schools. Country club as well, if you desire, though plenty of folks opt out. The rap is that this is really far from Durham, but in any other metro area, the 12-minute drive would be considered trivial. Excellent value for money."
