    "We can walk to the theater, bowling alley, restaurants, and stores. Well lit sidewalks. Every First Thursday there is a neighborhood block party where businesses stay open later and have live music in the street. "

    "Fondren is funky and fun. Every house is different..no cookie cutter homes here. Great area for artists with street festivals in walking distance. "
