    "City bud does run but bud stop is usually near University med center hospital onnzstate street. Wouldn’t walk after dark. Very high, bad crime area. Frequently hear gunshots."

    "We can walk to the theater, bowling alley, restaurants, and stores. Well lit sidewalks. Every First Thursday there is a neighborhood block party where businesses stay open later and have live music in the street. "
