    "Islandview is charming area with great character and neighbors. The homes are lovely and well cared for. Easy access to Eastern Market (3 mins), Belle Isle (4 mins), Midtown (4 mins) and Downtown (10 mins) adds to the benefits of being here. Proximity to Mack Avenue and surrounding urban farms and churches all contribute to the area's charm."
