The current administration is abysmal. Teachers are unsupported and afraid to say anything for fear of reprisals. There is fighting daily in the lunch room which remains largely unsupervised. Bullying is a huge issue that goes largely unaddressed by the administration, affects numerous kids, and teachers are left unsupported to do the best they can. Safety plans have been drawn up with no intention of actually implementing or following them.The current principal (Moore — in case this hopefully changes in the future) is more concerned with attendance and receiving her federal dollars than she is about supporting her staff, or protecting and educating kids.The school board needs to take immediate action as this school is failing its students and teachers.

I have had a great experience with this school! Safety is a great priority from getting students safely into school to the entry of non-staff is by far top notch. The teachers that have taught my kids have been very supportive, responsive, encouraging and go above and beyond. The kids love all their teachers and are excited to learn. I have two children on an IEP and the Special Education Department went out of their way during Covid-19 to ensure my kids were not losing the needed resources. Our principal knows most of the students, if not all by name. She is always a professional and does not hesitate to do the things that she requires of her staff. Having 4 children in elementary, I have communication with the health room more often than most and they have taken wonderful care of my kids.

My two kids attended Quarterfield, the teachers and the staff are top notch. My kids were both equipped for Middle School

I have had a son go through all six years at Ridgeway, and my second son is currently in there. This school has hired highly qualified teachers who care about the students in their class and go the extra mile to make sure all students feel included. Mrs. Alvear is the best principal ever and the school has great communication. The PTA raises enough money at their booster thon to make most school events, including dances, free for students. Both of my children have taken part in clubs that have been offered at Ridgeway. We’ve been very happy with our experiences at Ridgeway!

This school has been a nightmare for my kids , the principal does not care about these kids , the teachers also dont care , this school praise about NO BULLYING , but when bullying happens they do nothing , ive seen my child get bullied and the teacher did nothing , i also complained to the school about a teacher touching my kids , the principal did not speak to me or my husband about the situation, i took it to the police made a report but of course they didn’t do anything , so i will definitely will not be bringing my kids back to this trash school ,ive seen way too many things happening at this school , these teachers just come for a paycheck thats it .0/10 for this school !!!

This was my former school, where I was bullied, got my stuff stolen and broken by others, and I got a referral for teasing, when others didn't get one for fighting. I don't recommend this school.

My son attended Seven Oaks and we were very happy with the school. We went to several school events and enjoyed the Science Fair a great deal. They also did a great job with his speech therapy. My one critique is that arrival and dismissal can be a challenge, but that has a lot to do with a small parking lot. The school has really come along since we have lived here.

boring school. Lacking athletics. Extremely Small. But if you're kid isn't an athlete or is looking for a really good science lab it's a decent enough school
