    "Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Very nice homes. The neighborhood is not very old, but it appears most people are past the raising children. More like college and older children. "

    "It’s a 20 or so years old neighborhood, but everyone is friendly, there is one way in and out (so it’s pretty secure), and there’s a small lake (about an acre) in the back of the neighborhood that people fish and runners and bikers can include in their run/ride. "
