    "Nice-transitions neighborhood. Staying or going. Lovely that school is right in neighborhood as well as local shopping. Restrictions are not extremely limited leaving lots of room for growth. Community guidelines are the same as east Baton Rouge . "

    "where I live there are lists of senior owners which make living quiet and comfortable. shopping need are close and there are a few good fast food stop and other dine-in places near by "

    "I've lived in this area for 43yrs.. Ive owned a business in this area for the last 26yrs. My parents have owned a business in this area for the last 52yrs. Low crime, Neighbor friendly area, pretty quite. I love my neighborhood, family oriented, great schools.. Very nice area to live and raise your kids. "
