    "Safe, Generally, and near the park. Neighbors are great in the areas that are primarily houses. The one ways are a little chaotic sometimes but generally it’s good place for young families "

    "Lovely new homes for half the price of what you’ll find in Lincoln Park and much lower taxes too. More open space allows the light to fill the windows too! "

    "I drive. Not super easy to get to the trains but, bus is pretty easy overall. Street parking is super awesome though so, driving is not a huge chore. Roads are pretty well maintained and neighbors are respectful. I love this neighborhood. I wish I could afford to buy a house in it!"

    "The Block party is one of the best you’ll ever see. The BCO, Bowmanville Community Organization, is great about scheduling casual and fun events. And Halloween is just scary good. "
