    "Pretty easy access to all major highways as well as back roads to get to different parts of Orlando. Rush hour can be pretty back but if you can avoid it it's a breeze."

    "It’s a mile from downtown; stadiums/arenas, restaurants, shops, bars, parks, lakes.. all in walking distance. Super diverse community and largely animal friendly. Area is growing exponentially in businesses and residents, filled with natural areas, trendy cuisine, farmers markets, jazz and beer festivals... Its a great place to live"
