    "This is a really great neighborhood with a real sense of community. Everyone seems to know each other. The neighborhood is also getting more developed. This time goes on with some nice shops and restaurants opening within walking distance."

    "I’ve lived here for about 6 years now. It’s very quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves, but are very friendly. Holidays are lovely here as many people decorate on the block. You’re also a very short commute to the main strip of Lakeland which has great places to shop and really good food."

    "I have lived in the Lakeland community for 42 years and I highly recommend the Stoney Creek subdivision. The developer and builder of the community has been developing these maintanence free communities in Lakeland/Winter Haven for almost 40 years. If you drive through one the communities today you will find that it is clean, and the homes are all neatly maintained. The strong HOA that is put in place really ensures that the homes retain their value."
