    "I’ve lived here for about 6 years now. It’s very quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves, but are very friendly. Holidays are lovely here as many people decorate on the block. You’re also a very short commute to the main strip of Lakeland which has great places to shop and really good food."

The developer and builder of the community has been developing these maintanence free communities in Lakeland/Winter Haven for almost 40 years. If you drive through one the communities today you will find that it is clean, and the homes are all neatly maintained. The strong HOA that is put in place really ensures that the homes retain their value."
