    "It's beautiful and quiet. Nice walking neighborhood, with sidewalks and not much traffic. Close to lots of great parts of Jacksonville without being part of the hustle and bustle"

    "It is a "locked in" older neighborhood and there will be no high-rises, apartment buildings, or unwanted run-down rental homes. People walk their dogs, ride bikes, and children are seen everywhere (raised by a village-all eyes on them). Great elementary school and walking distance to a prestigious private Country Club for tennis, golf, boating, and good food. Taxes lower than Ortega, too! Love it, but we're moving to Texas...family."
