    "Lived here two years and enjoyed it perfectly. You can easily get to know your neighbors. Quiet, pleasant walks, close to a neighborhood park by a bit like two blocks. Very safe, never a problem. Close (walk) to restaurants."

    "It’s an easy commute but driving through some of the roads is hard because of people parking in the street. Some of the neighborhood roads are a little bit narrow but it’s not that big of a deal. I work five minutes from home and it’s really easy to get to work in the morning "

    "The best place to buy a home. Practically downtown. I know all the neighbors. I can walk with my kids and animals with out concern. Lots of shopps and restaurants. Great dining and growing nightlife. If you want to live in Jax and not drive 30-45 min to everything, this is the place to buy. "
