    "It is a good urban community with decent schools, lots of businesses, churches, and quick access to beaches. It’s relatively safe but you have to still be cautious. My neighbors are friendly. It has gotten increasingly costly over the last decade of living here but it’s still a good quality of life."

    "The food trucks on Monday and the farmers market on Taft are great. The Hard-rock Casino and the new hotels and restaurants on Hollywood beach are bringing in a lot of traffic but Hollywood is great and have so much to do. Getting more costly to own a home though."

    "The diverse people, walkable sidewalks, great shops and businesses nearby, and close distance to beaches and other recreational venues. Home prices have gone up but still affordable community to own in."
