    "During rush hour it can be a little difficult along Blair and Piney Branch Roads. There are many cars from Maryland entering the city to get to Downtown. Relatively easy during non rush hour."

Great shops and restaurants with more to come (Busboys and Poets about to open, the old Walter Reed medical center site soon to be developed). A short hop to downtown Silver Spring for more restaurants and the American Film Institute."
