"I live in is neighborhood for the last 15 years... I have to walk my dogs late at night and I feel very safe, I love how everyone takes care of their home and appreciates the neighborhood. I definitely love this Community and look forward to living here for as long as possible."

"I've enjoyed the prime location of my household, though I did not enjoy having a landlord I would rate as below mediocre and 4 out of 7 neighbors which were unnecessarily uptight and unpleasant to be around and say hello to."

"I grew up in San Leandro & lived here from most of my 36 years. I have worked here since 1999 & find it to be the quiet secret that most families are looking for. Quality built homes with charm & character among tree-lined streets & close proximity to the city life & hills. A true gem of a town for those who want to invest time & love "

I have a son in college, a jr at SLHS and a 6th grader. All three went to or are currently attending BMS. Let’s face it: middle school is rough for everyone. Kids, parents and teachers. This is not to say that things were always easy BUT the teachers care a lot about their students and new admin is def motivated to help kids to help themselves. My older boys have fond memories of their time here and my youngest is enjoying his time. Keep up the tough and important work, BMS teachers and admin staff.
