    "I’ve lived here for a year and the amount of crime and homeless in the area is off the charts. Homeless digging in dumpsters, my husbands truck got stolen, police raids at neighboring apartments. Never a dull moment if that is what you are looking for. "

    "a lot of renters and transients. Still have significant problems with noise, late night activity, vandalism, vehicle and mail theft, and stolen/abandoned cars. A lot of blighted properties, although it is slightly better lately."

    "A hidden gem of a neighborhood; some families have lived along these tucked-away corners for 20+ years. The crime map overlays are impressively bare. We've lived here five years. It is quiet and family-friendly."

    "Lived in Glenwood Oaks above 80 for five years. Quiet; family friendly; lots of mature valley oaks and a variety of other trees. We get the Delta breeze in the evening up the canal, which is a huge bonus in summer."
