    "We have a great dog park. Dogs are welcome at the nearby mall. Everybody has a dog. There are many parks where you can play with your pup with the leash as well. We have a path for walking and you can take your dog on walks there as well."

    "It is close to The Collection shopping center. The Mello Roos taxes are pretty high. You must have a garage to park in. you can't really park on the street because of local laws."
