"Very high quality area with a very educated and interesting population. Beautiful and amazing views of San Francisco, Golden Gate Bridge, Bay Bridge, Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and the San Mateo Bridge when clear. Fresh air from the bay and a wonderful Mediterranean climate. Close to many parks including old growth Redwood forests and so much more. Also, close to UC Berkeley and other Universities and Colleges............."
