    "Ive lived in this neighborhood for about 11 years and it is a fairly good neighborhood that is near downtown , and transportation. There is however a bit of homeless , and graffiti . There also is sometimes robbery but this neighborhood is fairly good and its fun ! "

    "Mainly warehouses so it’s not as loud. Close to USC campus so it’s becoming safer. There are a great deal of homeless however"
