"It’s a Great neighborhood for kids to play outside. Drivers are very mindful of the speed that they are traveling knowing that kids tend to play outdoors in the neighborhood."

"I am a local agent and I know that Park Ocean is close to Cal State Long Beach as well as Recreation Park. It offers all kind of amenities: swimming-pool, Jacuzzi, fitness, sauna, tennis, basket-ball. There is a strong Homeowners Association and part-time on site manager and a security service. Finally, most of the utilities are paid by the Association"
