7/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresStaff and teachers are amazing! Would only change principal. We need a more involved and caring principal. For an elementary school he does not seem like a qualified principal. Most parents do not know who he is .Parent Revisar5mo ago11 Reseñas - Mountain View Elementary School

7/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresI wouldn't recommend this school, it has decent teaching but the overall effect it can have on social outcasts is ridiculous. As a former student I experienced several instances of bullying at this school and not a single teacher stepped up to do anything even when it was happening right in front of them. Teachers do nothing to help support struggling students.Additionally there tends to be a lot of drama amongst students and there's a lot of fights, and it seems orangewood has still done nothing to make sure this doesn't happen despite there being a zero tolerance bullying policy. Do not assign your child to this school.Student Revisar6mo ago31 Reseñas - Madison Heights Elementary School

9/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresMy kids are thriving at Heights in the Spanish immersion program. My oldest attended Heights for 1st through 4th grade. We moved her to Heights from a private school that was not meeting our expectations. My youngest is in kindergarten at Heights. The staff, teachers and administration at Heights seem to truly care about and know the students, and my kids have loved all of their teachers. I value the school's emphasis not only on academics, but on social development as well. Heights really does feel like a small and warm community, and the PTO is extremely organized, active, and welcoming. We would highly recommend this school.Parent Revisar1y ago17 Reseñas - Madison Richard Simis School

9/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresSince the former Principal moved on, the Admin / office staff don't seem to care about anything and do not communicate well. And most importantly, they don't seem to care about my kids. That should be their number one job. They treat the children like a number, and seemingly can't think outside of their standard playbook for anything that comes up. For example, a new kid is just thrown into their first day on the playground at drop off and they are supposed to figure out what to do. No meet and greet with the teacher arranged in advance or anything at all. This is for a 5 year old. This is just one example of several.Really dissapointed, as for years our experience was pretty good. I understand things will always be busy at a large public school, but simple and common things that make the kids feel comfortable aren't even addresed here anymore. It feels like it's run like ASU.Parent Revisar1mo ago40 Reseñas - Larkspur Elementary School

NACalificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresMy grandchild has attended this school since great school, and our experience during those early years was very positive. Unfortunately, the middle school experience has been disappointing. Some teachers seem underqualified and lack professionalism in their interactions with students. In addition, the school does not appear to emphasize Christian values as strongly as it claims. Instead, there seems to be a greater focus on fundraising and accommodating families with financial influence.Security is also a serious concern. Visitors appear to be allowed on campus without sufficient restrictions. On one occasion, a sixth-grade girl student was yelled at by an adult woman in the locker area before school started, and no staff member intervened. A science teacher was let go right before the students took their final.Due to these concerns, my son is now looking for another Christian school for my grandchild.Other Revisar5mo ago36 Reseñas
