"This neighborhood is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping centers, as well as nightlife. The drive to Phoenix for those who wish to commute is great (google says 20 min). There is plenty of surrounding parks such as Pecos park, desert breeze park, and many parks in Ahwatukee. There are many great restaurants within walking distance like pei wei, Longhorn steak house, In-n-out, The Sandbar, Fire it Up Grill, and short driving distance to the movie theatres. Quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Even though it is near a road we have never been able to hear any traffic. Back yard is huge- perfect for BBQs, dogs, kids, or hosting parties. Great home owners association-they throw block parties yearly with bounce houses, food, and entertainment. Being right next to ahwatukee, tempe, chandler, and close to Phoenix makes for a lot of activities to do."
