    "I’m Retired so don’t commute. But getting anywhere in Anchorage is just an easy 20 min drive. If you’re from any major US city you will laugh when you hear locals complaining about the “traffic” at the 3 major intersections. "

    "Out of the way and quiet. We live on a dead end street. We feel pretty safe. Everyone keeps their homes nice."

    "The wildlife and quiet. In my yard, over the years, I have seen bears, eagles, owls, a fox, a coyote, porcupines, moose, of course, and even a wolverine on one occasion. Yet it is only a 20 minute commute to downtown and 15 minutes to mid-town or the U-Med area."

    "I moved here back in 2012 and got to admit, I think I found my dream home and dream location. The lots are big, views are plentyful, wildlife abundent and neighbors who care and share. Simply fantastic area."
