This unit is available to view by appointment only. All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application. Application fee is $35 per applicant.

1. Credit: Minimum credit score 640 no exceptions.
2. Income: Must prove gross monthly income 2.5 times rent via paystubs and bank statements.
3. Background: Clean background check, including criminal and eviction records evaluation.
4. History: Verified positive rental history with no prior evictions or landlord disputes.

Due at signing. First months rent + deposit. This does not include last months rent. Tenant is required to keep parking space area and outside of unit clean at all times. Clean parks and clean sidewalk areas gardens with flowers, nice grass growing, 🌹💗 good morals and keeping safe, good parking. no speeding cars in a residential areas, high standards, good to be there at the moment but, gym time is important, having a healthy body matters. saddle ridge is an special beautiful place to live.     "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo it’s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as it’s not between noon and 5pm"
