This home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath w/jacuzzi tub & shower, full kitchen, living room, dining room, full laundry, front and back covered porches, fenced yard with partial utilities (water and septic) included.

We are located 10 mins to downtown Eugene, West 11th and South Willamette.
No public transportation available.
Approved pets are ok.
Parking 2-3 cars
Metal shed storage

We require 1st and security deposit. Security deposit is the same as two months rent and is fully refundable if home is left in same condition as when rented.

It is possible to rent part of this home as a large Studio with 3/4 bath, kitchenette, outside courtyard area, and off-street parking for $1250/month.

It is also possible to rent a two-bedroom with full bath shower and jacuzzi, full kitchen dining room and living room, washer/dryer, front and back covered porches, fenced yard, large storage shed and off-street parking for $2,200/month.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
