The primary bedroom includes a private back entrance with sliding door, an en suite bath with shower/tub combo and dual sinks and large walk-in closet. Central heating and air provide efficient heating and cooling and year-round comfort. There is a large fully-fenced backyard with a concrete patio. The utility room includes washer/dryer hookups and utility sink. Automatic semi-finished 2-car garage for parking and extra storage.

The neighborhood is close to Golden Gardens, Irwin, Bethel Community and State Street Parks, Dragonfly Bend, Meadowlark Prairie and the natural areas northwest of Eugene. It's located near transit, restaurants, schools and commerce.

Application Submission: Applications will be accepted starting 1/21/25 at 8am. Applications are not considered received until deemed complete. We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please request our Rental Overview & Screening Info document for more info about what is required to complete your application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional security deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water & sewer, refuse service and internet/cable if desired.

Laundry: Home includes washer/dryer hookups in the utility room. Tenant to provide washer/dryer.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping/exterior care.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $45 per adult applicant.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.

    "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
