This property is located in Garfield Historic District, near 9th street and Pierce, walking/biking distance to Art-Walk galleries, U of A and ASU downtown campuses, Banner University Hospital, Genomics Research Laboratories, and many downtown amenities. The home sits just three houses West of Gallo Blanco and Welcome Diner restaurants, as well as BLOK Studio and Buena Vida Bodega.

Sound insulation between the upstairs apartment and the residence below is good; however, to minimize impact noise, we ask that hard-soled and high-heeled footwear not be worn indoors.
