    "Mill Valley is Dog Town. The dog parks are the best in the world right along the bay. Shop owners have water for dogs; many have treats for them, too. We have thousands of dogs here!"

    "it has outstanding access to trails and parks. the views from this part of Mill Valley are extraordinary. there are a nice mix of ling time neighbors and new neighbors. the weather here is particularly warm and sunny."

    "The neighbors are friendly and the views are great. this neighborhood is positioned in the middle of the Dipsea, Cypress, and Old Pipeline Trails, so running, hiking, and biking is just out your front door. In the center of the neighborhood there's a large permanent designated Open Space Park Area that used to be the Old Mill Valley Reservoir that people, kids, and dogs walk and play in. Their are only 12 houses on the private road, so there's not a lot of traffic and it's quiet and peaceful. Once a year there's an annual neighborhood block party at the end of Edgewood Ave. "
