Private room for rent in shared Historic Sandy home. Walk to Trax Blue Line, short drive to I-15, shopping and all the amenities.
About the home: quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. This house has been set up for low energy living, with stacked washer/dryer and space to hang clothes to dry, double-cell blinds for winter and summer insulation, rain barrels for fruit tree irrigation. The most energy has been put into developing the yard and garden with numerous berry plants, fruit trees, chicken coop and substantial seasonal vegetable garden space. If you want to garden and collect fresh backyard eggs this summer, this is the place for you! Taking care of houseplants and chickens is part of the deal. There is massive vegetable garden space, which I will not be able to tend this year, so it would be sweet to make it available to someone else, though that is not a requirement to live here.

Utilities will be shared between tenants. WiFi, natural gas, electricity, water, sewer and garbage are $160-190/mo total. You will have exclusive use of large Tuff shed onsite for any storage needs at no extra cost.

Single female would be the ideal renter. Couples considered for additional $200/mo. Need to occupy the room by June 1, but an earlier move-in date could be arranged. Please message for more information and to see if this is a good fit for you.
