It's a straight drive to Santa Rosa, 59 miles from San Francisco and a quick jaunt to the Russian River. You will live close to the region's famed restaurants, wineries, the Barlow, breweries and more...the beloved Wildflour Bakery and Worker Bee Farm Stand are just down the hill.

We have a cat on the property; if you have a dog, it needs to be well-behaved, not bark without reason, not chase cats & stay on a leash while on the property but there is a great dog beach is close by! Cat needs to be strictly indoors and have lived indoors with you for two years or more.

This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more. Great Great Great location which is one of the reasons clients of mine have purchased homes in this neighborhood. "
