Cat needs to be strictly indoors and have lived indoors with you for two years or more.

This area is super walking friendly and close to the biking/walking trail, stores, parks, schools, restaurants, downtown Sebastopol, the movie theater and more. Not sure why the walk score isn't 85+/100 as it's truly the perfect location. Would give anything to be able to afford getting back into this neighborhood. Excellent schools too."
