There is a central air unit and there is 1 covered parking stall with more parking available. There is a storage closet just outside your front door. This unit is close to Trax. The neighbors are nice are quiet. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed. No pets allowed.
The rent is $1225 a month and $1225 for a security deposit. Tenants are to put the gas and lights in their name. There is a $90 a month for water, garbage, sewer & lawn care. $125 of the deposit is non-refundable for Administration fees. The balance of the deposit of $1100 is fully refundable after move out unless any damages, cleaning or repair charges. There is a $85.00 Leasing initiation fee. Everyone 18 and older must fill out a separate application. The application fee is $65 per adult. There is a 1 year lease required with the option for another year if both parties agree.

There is one covered parking space and other uncovered available. The neighbors are nice and quiet. This unit is close to trax.
The tenants are responsible for putting the gas and lights in their names.
