We are located 10 mins to downtown Eugene, West 11th and South Willamette.

Approved pets are ok.
Parking 2-3 cars
Metal shed storage

We require 1st and security deposit. Security deposit is the same as two months rent and is fully refundable if home is left in same condition as when rented.

It is possible to rent part of this home as a large Studio with 3/4 bath, kitchenette, outside courtyard area, and off-street parking for $850/month.

It is also possible to rent a two-bedroom with full bath shower and jacuzzi, full kitchen dining room and living room, washer/dryer, front and back covered porches, fenced yard, large storage shed and off-street parking for $2,000/month.
