It has rooftop solar which keeps the utilities down (and good for the environment to boot). There are two and a half baths (one with jacuzzi tub!) and a washer and dryer included. Semi detached so there is a ton of light. Street parking is easy, and it is on a one way street that isn't a through street to anything so it's quiet with the traffic.
The layout of the house includes a first floor with an open floor plan, a half bath, and an eat in kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms (two very large, one medium) and a full bath (with jacuzzi tub). Master bedroom has two closets. The basement is fully finished with recessed lighting with three bedrooms, two well sized and one very small. There is a full bath in the basement as well and a separate entrance.

If you are interested in the place, please email me and I will answer any questions you may have not already covered here. If you do end up living here, I will expect you to take care of the place like it's your own, including being a good neighbor, doing the yard work etc. I promise I'm a good landlord and take care of things (I live close by), but I also expect mature tenants who care for my house. I'm looking for tenants who are young adults or a family.
