If you do end up living here, I will expect you to take care of the place like it's your own, including being a good neighbor, doing the yard work etc. I promise I'm a good landlord and take care of things (I live close by), but I also expect mature tenants who care for my house. I'm looking for tenants who are young adults or a family.
