This Posting is for 6 bedroom semi detached house in the ever popular Columbia Heights Area. Just refinished, fresh paint and ready to move in! It is available starting November 9th.

The house has hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an eat in kitchen, recessed lighting, and a nice back patio. It has rooftop solar which keeps the utilities down (and good for the environment to boot). There are two and a half baths (one with jacuzzi tub!) and a washer and dryer included. Semi detached so there is a ton of light. Street parking is easy, and it is on a one way street that isn't a through street to anything so it's quiet with the traffic.

The layout of the house includes a first floor with an open floor plan, a half bath, and an eat in kitchen. The top floor has three bedrooms (two very large, one medium) and a full bath (with jacuzzi tub). Master bedroom has two closets. The basement is fully finished with recessed lighting with three bedrooms, two well sized and one very small. There is a full bath in the basement as well and a separate entrance.

Area:

The house is located in Columbia Heights (Intersection of Gresham and Sherman) exactly a half mile from the Columbia Heights metro and the surrounding shopping (BestBuy, Target, Giant, Marshall's, Washington Sports Club, and Bed Bath and Beyond etc.) and all that Columbia Heights has to offer. It's also less than a mile from the popular U st area and sits less than a block from two major bus lines that will take you right downtown. Finally, it's only a couple minute walk from Howard University.

The street is also a quiet, one way street, with very easy on street parking.

If you are interested in the place, please email me and I will answer any questions you may have not already covered here. If you do end up living here, I will expect you to take care of the place like it's your own, including being a good neighbor, doing the yard work etc. I promise I'm a good landlord and take care of things (I live close by), but I also expect mature tenants who care for my house. I'm looking for tenants who are young adults or a family.
