The house is super calm and quiet honestly the quietest place I've lived. The roommates are very chill and barely home. I've probably seen them only 10 times in my entire 4 months here.

No one cooks, so you'll pretty much have the kitchen to yourself.

Hardwood floors, natural light, in-unit laundry, and both a front porch + back patio.
