Tenants can choose any time period if at least 45 days or the entire 3.5 months available. Perfect for snowbirds! The family that rents could receive a right of first refusal for future years if no damage is done to property.

The GREAT ESCAPE is Clearwater's best kept secret. Historically rented, went 21 for 21 in 5-star reviews over the years. One family returned 14 straight years.

Note: This property is located in a residential area that requires minimum 30 nights rental. No exceptions. We rent in minimum 45 day time periods. Please save us both time by not asking for less than a month rental period.

The house is just steps to Clearwater Beach (see pictures, its across street and just one house over to beach access). Enjoy the beach then retreat to the Heated private pool in back yard. Also, enjoy a second level deck, great for night time relaxing with an ocean breeze and has a slight ocean view.

January 2024 remodel converted to garage to HVAC controlled finished space! House now has FIVE bedrooms and FOUR full baths.

20 ft by 6 ft back yard shed replaced the garage and now holds beach Cabanas, coolers, beach chairs, and toys for your time on the beach. Also, 6 bicycles are in shed for your enjoyment, along with bicycle helmets for safety -- the bicycles are for your use at your own risk. 2 paddleboards and coolers also in shed.

Inside upstairs on second level, there are 3 BRS, and 2 full baths (2 BRs have king beds, the other has a queen bed). Primary BR upstairs has a Sleep Number bed with dual controls. Each of the 2 full baths upstairs have double sinks! The common area has plenty of seating, and a mounted 75 inch TV with Monthly Spectrum App TV service and high speed internet (500 mbs ). Access to Streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime are available if you have your own accounts on the smart TV.

All BRs have their own wall mounted TV with access to Netflix, etc. and basic TV channels through Spectrum App..

On lower level the BRAND NEW (January 2024) remodel has 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths. One BR with a King bed and one with Queen. A second family room with TV is also downstairs.

Overall, the house has 3 king BRs and 2 Queen BRs.

Complete full size Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, with coffee maker, nespresso machine, toaster oven, and microwave.

House has a whole house water treatment -filtering system, which makes water taste and smell great. No slimy showers from hard water!!

Downstairs area has a "mini" kitchen - second refrigerator, second microwave, second coffee maker, and a commercial grade, $3,000 ice maker (Hoshizaki "top hat" ice) that can make up to 55 lbs of ice a day! Laundry Room has full size washer and dryer.

New in January 2024 lower main bathroom has beautiful shower with rainhead overhead, adjustable wand, and 3 full body shower nozzles on side. All furniture and bedding in lower level is brand new as of January 2024.

Dog will be considered upon request, and will require a $500 non refundable pet fee to cover extra cleaning costs.

Storm in October 2024 did not damage home.

We live on the water on Devon Drive across from the Clearwater Beach main area. Wild life is just wonderful! It is truly living like a dream. Only drawback is traffic, especially on holiday weekends or in spring break and housing is lot more expensive than inland."
