There is space and hook up for a washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in the closet off the back patio courtyard. (Neither washer and dryer are provided.) Your ONLY bills are electricity, renters insurance, and internet. Landlord pays water; there is no gas at the property. Managed by a small responsive local management company. Applicants must make three times the rent (verifiable), have few (if any) late pays, and no collections or recent criminal history. Application fee is $75 per person over 18. Online application link provided upon request from listing agent. Landlords prefers an 18 month lease or longer.

    "This is a great area of Hurst. Older homes but all well kept. Most of the homes are one owner homes. We are in one of the best school districts in the metroplex. Everyone is friendly and considerate to the other residents. We love it here!!!"

    "Very long 40 minutes to get to work. If there is an accident you can for get it. I wish I could ride a transit bus or something City without transportation to another town can be rough . The toll thru 183 both ways is very nice. I work on the weekend so it is not too bad. "
