The bathtub and shower tile was replaced in 2024. Refrigerator comes with the property. There is space and hook up for a washing machine in the kitchen and a dryer in the closet off the back patio courtyard. (Neither washer and dryer are provided.) Your ONLY bills are electricity, renters insurance, and internet. Landlord pays water; there is no gas at the property. Managed by a small responsive local management company. Applicants must make three times the rent (verifiable), have few (if any) late pays, and no collections or recent criminal history. Application fee is $75 per person over 18.
