It's a 10 Minute Drive to City Park and Anschutz Medical Center as well as St Josephs and National Jewish. There's a lot of storage space and plenty of room for a garden or a hot tub. Before we can schedule a showing you have to tell us how many people will be living in house, when you're interested in moving in and what all the prospective tenants do for work. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. They must set up an account with Xcel energy in their name for electric and natural gas billing. Landlord will pay direct to the companies for Denver water, Solid Waste Management trash pick up and semi-annual wastewater billings and then submit the bills to the tenant for reimbursement for the full amount of the bill. Tenant is also responsible for internet and TV.

Tenants are responsible for snow removal and yard upkeep which includes mowing the lawn, maintaining flower beds, weed whacking, picking up trash around property.
