There is a half bath in the laundry room, which also has a utility sink.

Tenant must pay all utilities (electric, trash pickup and internet). This property has well water and septic.

Required funds to move in would be first and last month's rent and one month security deposit. If applicable, there would be a $250 non-refundable pet deposit for any dog.
