You will enjoy a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutest to grab a bite to eat, a drink, grocery, gas, convenience or a walk to the park. This is a single level home with 3 steps to entry. Your private, fenced yard includes a lovely covered patio along with a side yard with turf and dog run. A single car garage includes side-by-side laundry and limited storage. The garage cannot accommodate a vehicle however, you will have room for 1 parking space in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

The size of the House is 1100 SF and it has bedding up to 4 people.
1. Master Bedroom: King Size Bed with ceiling fan, sliding mirrored closet doors, nightstand, dresser and alarm clock. Several Hangers are available for your use.
2. Second Bedroom: Queen Size Bed with ceiling fan, sliding mirrored closet doors, nightstand and dresser and alarm clock. Several Hangers are available for your use.
3. Bathroom: Tub/Shower, linen shelving and hair dryer
4. Brand new Kitchen with quartz counters and a seated island. Great room style with farmhouse sink, full size gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
5. Full kitchenware (coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, plates, mixing bowls, cutting boards, etc).
6. Dining area table and 4 lux chairs.
7. Two person Seated Kitchen Island with Bar Stools.
5. Living room with Large L-Shaped Sectional sofa, coffee table and Smart TV where you can connect any and all of your streaming apps!
6. Full Size side by side washer/dryer in the garage for your convenience.
7. Large private yard with covered patio with seating, turf and gravel dog run on the side yard.
8. 1 Off-Street Parking Space in the Driveway! (Side Note: Garage cannot accommodate vehicle storage) Limited storage allowed in Garage.
9. Extra towels, linens and kitchen essentials as well as cleaning supplies with Plenty of room for more.

The neighborhood:
La Mesa is known as "the Jewel of the Hills, it is a lovely area, conveniently located with many great restaurants, definitely check out the quaint Downtown La Mesa area, growing in popularity and full of fun on weekends and weeknights as well. Farmers market every Friday and many festivals i.e. Oktoberfest and classic antique auto shows. There are major grocery stores i.e. Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Vons. Also, Crossroads, La Mesa's biggest shopping center is located only 6 blocks away. Grossmont Center with Major shopping retailers is just a 5 minute drive.

Getting Around:
All the major San Diego tourist attractions are not very far from La Mesa because of the freeway (8 & 94) and the trolley line. San Diego Zoo, Downtown San Diego Gaslamp quarter, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Old Town, Coronado, Convention Center, Comic-Con, Qualcomm Stadium, and SeaWorld all within about 20 minutes' drive.
