Rent includes furnishings, housewares, and basic utilities; renter is responsible for any additional usage beyond standard limits. A signed mid-term lease agreement and security deposit are required prior to move-in. No smoking permitted on the property. Renters insurance is required. Documentation from the insurance carrier or claims adjuster may be requested to confirm displacement status.

Other than getting a little crowded, La Mesa is a centrally located, youthful, and social community, great to raise a family."
