Other than Master bedroom, secondary bedrooms are on smaller size (1 adult person, or twin bunks). Garage is extra deep approx 28 feet. Great yard. No Smoking. Small-medium size dog (40 lb max) allowed with pet fee/rent. Breed restrictions. Not fully fenced.

Owner pays Clearfield city bill including Water, Sewer, Garbage-saves you $100 plus per month. Deposit $1900/1500 is refundable. Small-medium dog friendly with 400 nonrefundable pet fee and $35 monthly pet fee. Minimum household income is 2.5X rent and Minimum 600 FICO credit score. No criminal history. Tenant pays own gas, electricity, internet direct to providers. Tenant must be willing to weed/keep all flower beds on the property and help mow lawn here and there if neighboring unit needs help.
Only screened applicants will be shown the unit in person.
Priority will be given to those who submit application. Your inquiry will not be considered without the answers to these questions :

Deposit Amount Refundable: $1,500
Pet Policy: Small-medium dogs (40lb max) allowed with pet fee/pet rent.

Owner pays Water, Sewer, Garbage, Clearfield City bill-saves you $100 plus per month. Security Deposit is $1850/1450 of which is refundable.
