The Little Wren, as we call it, is a charming and fully furnished bungalow centrally located on the historic grid of Durango, but in a quieter part of town. Walk or bike to town, to coffee around the corner or Durango Natural Foods market a couple blocks away. The Sky Steps and Rim Trail are just a few blocks north to hop on.

The small yard offers a shady area for eating al fresco or letting your small dog have some outdoor time.

A smaller cozy house, The Little Wren is a 2 bed / 1 bath house with a small living room, and 3-4 person dining table situated in the kitchen space. There is a mudroom off the kitchen with an exterior door to the yard where stairs to the laundry in the basement is located.

The front bedroom has a twin size trundle bed that can act as a lounging area + office space with a desk and chair or can act as a bedroom. This room has two small closets.

The house has high speed WIFi.

The back bedroom has a new Helix Birch organic queen mattress and minimal closet space.

The living room is equipped with two sofas, one chair, coffee table and a Roku WiFi TV.

The kitchen is fully furnished with an efficiency fridge, small gas range and stove, pots and pans, dish ware, coffee maker, hot water maker, and a microwave.

Landlord covers all utilities and are included in monthly rental rate, including WIFI.

Pet terms: potential up to 2 small dogs based on case by case terms. No cats are allowed.

No smoking allowed whatsoever. If smoking is detected, Landlord has the right to evict tenant.

Rent must be deposited to Landlords bank account via established ACH transfers, bank transfers, or direct deposits on time. If late, there may be an added late fee penalty.
